Very close to Métro and city shopping.
Bed was uncomfortable, little ventilation in the room, worn carpets, broken tiles.
It's convenience location to the Bell Centre and it's great price.
Shower was too low - not very good for tall people
The hotel was quiet and the staff very personable and helpful.
It is big rooms and we can cook food in ti meaning we can save money.
The view, the layout, the space, equipped kitchen, fridge, very quiet, amenities of a private apartment. Friendly staff, convenient location, close to everything, cafe and restaurant right in the lobby.
There were 2 extra pillows in the linen closet which we tried to use on the couch, and they smelled so bad (sweaty and musty) that we couldn't lay on them and had to take the ones from the bed into the living room, which thankfully were clean and fresh!
It was in a great location.
Desk staff often didn't have time to answer questions. Pool and weight room were both advertised but were not available. No continental breakfast. Rooms looked a little run down.
Affordable and very close to all things - including grocery store. Asked a received quiet room. Bigger than I expected, and full kitchen was good
See question about guest reviews - I did not see any so you need to add in "Did not read reviews".Also - there was obvious water damage in the bathroom - which lowers the ambiance.
Noisy dirty terrible hotel. Sheets didn't fit bed and believe me they needed to.
The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was quiet.
The room was not well maintained; it was old, worn, and run-down. Hotel is more for family vacation than a business trip.
Hotel Staff, proximity of dowtown for meetings.
Hotel is not repairing enough the problems.
Good location for my needs. Was available last minute which was when I booked.
Surprised that the 'breakfast' was in a cafe that is essentially next door.
Large room. Kitchen facilities, micro wave and full size fridge. Stunning view from the 16th floor
Lack of reasonable cost nearby parking.
It was close to many points of interest in Montreal. Easy to find and geographically well positioned.
Not charge the TV to the customer invoice No helper there to carry the bags TV not good
we need the stuff to be more hospitalized into the guests
The staff was really nice! It was close to lots of restaurants and it was close enough to the old port
I wasnt a fan of the rooms.. they were very plain, I wasnt expecting the way they were. Very motelish, not comfortable. And I felt I over paid for the room
