I liked it's location and the fact that it had a kitchen in the room.

Hotel staff service was poor. It was noisy at night with people having long conversations in the hallway in the middle of the night.

How close it was to downtown and the Bell Centre.

The parking lot was not that close and the walk there was through a rather dirty part of town.

Good location and handy kitchenette. The room was roomy in size too.

Iron burn stains on the carpet. Old TV with non-functioning remote control. Bathroom definitely needs some updating

I liked the location and closeness to shopping district, Old Montreal and plenty of places to eat. Great hotel for younger crowd looking to have fun over the weekend and explore the city.

Convinient to my meeting place, shopping and eatery. The staff are friendly and helpful especially when I my flight was cancelled due to volcano eruption. They allow me to come back to hotel and stay a few more days

During my stay, the telephone was not working.

Location was very close to downtown and shopping and bars

Only one of 2 elevators was ever working, parking lot was over two blocks away from hotel

It is close to everything in the downtown core.

    The old furniture.

We enjoyed the kitchenette and the big room

gym, swimming pool and sauna were under construction, no baking sheets for the kitchen and just a few cooking utensils

The location was close to all venues for JazzFest and other festivals. This hotel is right in the center of town, close to two subway lines, shopping, dining, touristy type things. Its built with concrete block construction so its noise proof, fire proof, infestation proof.

The place is clearly lacking investment funds to buy some new paler wood furniture, carpeting, working air conditioners, dishes, handicap accessible/usable bathrooms (The tub was unsafe as it was, it needs a better tub liner) or doing some plumbing, maintenance, painting, and buying new appliances (avocado green is so seventies.) It could be an absolute gem. I wish I had the money to invest in it.

I was there on business. I was walking and had never been there before. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative. They pointed me in the right directions and I was able to get around with no problem. I liked the suite as I could get something to eat and eat in the apartment.

One thing. The room smelled very musty upon arrival. I opened up the windows to try and eleveate the smell which worked until you closed it. I was in a smoking room so that may have been the reason for the smell. I think the carpets could be replaced. The bathroom and kitchen were very very clean.

It was nice to have an entire apartment to ourselves, as opposed to just one room and a bathroom. The location was perfect to see all of Montreal. Overall, great value for the location and room

The kitchen was lacking utensils to cook with, but we did not cook too much in there anyways.

it wasnt the nicest hotel but it was worth my money because it was fairly big and also quiet, i went there for prom and no one complained so i am guessing they couldnt hear us, i would defiantly stay here again

well we had no glasses in our room and also so extra toilet paper

Nothing at all, the service was terrible the rooms where in poor condition, the staff did not seem to care about anything at all in regards to out complaints, the only positive thing about this hotel was the location, worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, I will never go there again.

Some staff were friendly while others were not. Service was ok overall. Can leave stuff in a storage area after checking out which was convenient (free of charge!). Room was clean, so was the bathroom and kitchen but mattress was dirty. Ok overall. Good location.
